if you want the max coins now you can always use an amiibo (if you have one) do a search for the squid coin value everytime you do an amiibo mission, im surprise how easy it was to find codes for Splatoon i've found alot already but these are all v1.0
Do U have the code to change Ink Color to v1.0? If yes can tell me by Inbox?
I rly want to play with Black/Red/White Color in Story Mode XD

Like I said before, you could always try to find the code yourself...

First: I work and don t have time do it
Second: I don't know how to begin to search Ink Color code and
Last: I asked to cfoorddd and no to ya è_e

@MiZ J0K3R I have already tried it but failed. I think the color change is only applied while loading another level. The problem is that the found addresses all change. So poking the value won't help. Not sure if that's actually the case.
But it should be working with cafiine. I just don't know what file needs to be modified

yeah like cosmo said, i also tried poking values for the ink it's not working, idk how to use cafiine yet to try it. I've found different codes that's not suitable for release especially that firmware spoofer is almost out that'll let people play online.

*hopefully the spoofer comes out before my holiday is over so i can try work on the gear ability. That one doesn't seem to ruin any online play

douitashimashite, you're welcome :)
I'll remember that word^^
If I'd know what file is responsible for the color I could apply some unique values to it to try to find the address and possible pointer code
@NWPlayer123 can you tell me which file you have edited for it?

@CosmoCortney I have tried and tried to find that player position value, but although I am getting search results, when I poke them the player doesn't move. I have tried searching for 32 bit values and single values. I did exactly what you said to do on Moo Moo Meadows. Any ideas what might be wrong?

Hmm.. what memory range did you use? maybe try expending it a bit. and do not do equal to searches even when you didn't move. (when you appear to be standing still you are still moving at a speed of 0x39000000 or something what unnoticeably changes the position)

i really should make the next tcp gecko toturials

I didn't do any equal searches. Only greater or lesser. I used 0x45000000 to 0x49000000.

hmm..
if you have found the speed code you could try subtracting 0x2C4 from the address to get to the X-position. But the offset could vary between updated versions.
if this is still unsuccessful take the speed's address and start the search in range speed's address - 0x10000 to speed's address + 0x10000 (example: 466DC640 = speed address. start 466CC640 end 466EC640)
The value of the Z-position should still be something between 40000000 - 47000000 or c0000000 - c7000000 if you are not too close to and not too far away from the start/finish line.
If I can overcome my diffidence I'll make the next tcp gecko tutorial today. (position modifier would come in a later part)
or check out your inbox soon

what do you want to do ?
if you search for a string (mario in hex?) it will allow you to edit the text string ... not the player's data or model.

if you want to edit the character's model, you should search using a "difference" method.
play with mario, make an initial search with unknown value.
Play another character, make a refine with "different"
play another character, make a refine with "different" based on either column1 or 2
play Mario again, make a refine with "same" based on column 1 (of course, current character == first memory search stored in column1)
etc.

I'm waiting for @Mr. Mysterio option to search code offline !
making dumps, naming them, then allowing to search for different cheats without caring about what happen in game, not caring about losing HP etc.
offline search looks interesting as it will always have a fixed value :)
It will miss memory peek/poke, but I'm sure it can be useful anyway.

You can with Cheat Engine

Yes, you can open (and I think compare) dumps with cheat engine :)
I just dont know if Wii U dumps have little endian. If they do so you have to revert the byte order. 0x12345678 would be 0x78563412

it doesn't.
At least, when I searched pointers with hexworkshop, I found proper values in big endian.
it might also depend on the game, how they manage their structs.
