there are both size limitation and BB code limitation (you can't put a lot of spoiler, etc.)

We would need a website (like geckocode) or a place with all codes (wiki or personal webpage)

We could try pastebin for example and make a new account that is shared with certain people. Then we can also do a page for every game or whatever so limits aren't hit either. Public pastes are unlimited.

For those that might be interested, the difference between patch 1.6.0 and 1.7.0 addresses is 0x510. I don't know about 1.6.0 and 1.6.1 however.

Perhaps the codes could be hosted in a .txt file in the OP?

it can be a txt file, but it's not easy and fast to see which codes are already inside when visiting the forum.

Maybe on the thread we could still maintain a list of game + cheatcode effect (infinite life, maxspeed, etc.) but not the codes themselves.
The full codes can be in txt file uploaded to the first post reflecting the current first page cheat list.
That's a good compromise with visibility on the forum and content length limitation.
This way, users can still see if the cheat they want is present before downloading the text file.

I did a test below, but as it seems it doesn't work, uploading a .txt file is a better idea.
Maybe add a version number or a date in the filename to reflect the first post version.

keep the tutorial, below code list add "Code list version xxxx" or "2015-10-18",
add "This is a list of available cheatcodes. To get the codes download the attached txt at the bottom of this post".
keep the spoilers with the game and versions, but remove the cheat addresses.

or a html page in a zip (it can use spoilers, tags, javascript, etc.) but it's harder to create the template for the maintainers.

Changing clothes while a splatfest is running luckily doesn't work, it just resets to the splatfest shirt when entering the lobby.

Changing clothes during the splatfest is possible. But the game reset this value regularly.
It’s possible if you change the value just before entering in the match.
I don’t know if this change has side effects on others players !

Watch the variable to see when the game force the value.
 
Smash 1.1.2
Unsure how to word this.... So in smash4 Address 10593C70 is a table of names.... If you rename picachu to mario it will swap the model but, they are only tpose and have no animations. If the tposed gets damaged or jumps... #CRASH#
Else 105B31CC Is same thing for character select screen icons but names are Capital case and swapping out names with IE Ridley will actually work... but frames on bottom only work in 8 player smash.
