Note: Rival's Pokemon got messed up and the dialogue will mention "Chespin" if you choose the Fennekin or Froakie save. Sad life.

Can somebody make save file after battle with Shauna when you come back home your mother packs your staff and gives town map. When I talk to mom appears message "You obtained Town Map" or something like this and then Citra freezes. Eyes of people move but nothing happening when I push any button. So I ask somebody to give a Save file after obtaining Town map and other things after conversation with Mom. Thanks.

You can't do that on Citra. You gotta have Homebrew 3DS to do so and I'm sure that you're new.
Anyways, in Pokemon X and Y, every item or pokemon you've obtain will freeze. That's normal to the emulator.
Luckily, the transition from one place to another don't. That's how John GodGames make those videos. He just cut the part of the video, import save, play and save, backup, and transfer it in the emulator.

I only can max stat ,lv all player and x99 item and skill by ntr plugin
I have save data that completed the game,I can use the ntr plugin on it
Is that ok?
P/s: But can you tell what kind of save your save is?

Powersaves' backup is encrypted and doesn't load.
It has to be decrypted.

If you're going to ask me to give you a save file of Inazuma Eleven, sorry m8. I haven't bought the game.
