This honestly depends on your definition of "community".
Few thousand individuals or millions upon millions like reddit and other cancerous places.
Considering we've got half a million users and existed for 20 years, I guess that a couple hundred a day would be considered healthy.

As for the numbers, perhaps shaun/costy are willing to provide that data if you ask them.
