If a tree falls in a forest, but the only one who heard it gets killed by said falling tree, is there any proof that it made a sound?
The light produced by that event would escape into space and it's likely at least some of that light would continue along a path where it wouldn't become totally scattered (since space is mostly empty) creating a permanent record of the event

Provided the observer is also privy to certain atmospheric conditions on earth, he could deduce such an event made a sound billions of years later (should he be able to collect the light with adequate precision)

The punchline is the implication that uncircumcised people sneak food in their foreskin. :mellow: Circumcised guys don't have that option, so the poster is asking what they do instead.
 
Nah, the Sun is absolutely thrilled that instead of something reflective that would reduce its impact, we create massive black panels that absorb most of its hate rays, and then use the energy to ostensibly "cool" things by heating up other things even more.
