Not only that, but in my head, everything I know is like having this finite line of knowledge separated by blocks. It's already full, and if I learn something new, even if for the occasion (because no) is like whatever is at the edge, falls to make room for whatever new block that is, completely forgetting that block of knowledge just fell... and it keeps progressing like that.
