Explanation:

Ok girls, so, you know penises, right?
Once a month, boys has to go to the doctor to trim the extra skin. Some boys does it once every 2 months, others every 6... depends on size, really.
When we don't trim the extra skin, it affects our ability to pee... it gets in the way.
Sometimes we have to use a rubber band (or tape) to hold the extra skin in place.

And yes one can trim it at home, but it's very uncomfortable, specially with the itching. But dipping the tip in a cup of warm milk helps... usually
