What I want is to map a waggle simulation to a button. Is it doable?

Yeah, why not just play the Gamecube version?

I'd prefer to play the wii version. So, it isn't possible?

Why the Wii version is just a bad port of the Gamecube Version? You get to use a normal controller and the world is not mirrored in the GC version.

    Widescreen support is superior.

The Widescreen Hack apparently works just fine for Twilight Princess on GC, except the reflections are a tad wonky.
Really, the GC version is quite superior.

As for your actual question, no, I don't think there's a way to remap motion controls.

Agreed. Use the GC version. It has a true left handed Link. The Wii version has everything reversed. :(
