@SciresM posted this on Twitter. Let's give this fella a hand:

Is there anyone with the battery percentage issue due to Switch linux shit that can run a pegaswitch script (e.g., console on <= 3.0.0?). If so, shoot me a note -- I may have a potential fix, but need to test/confirm.

UPDATE:
I've found a couple of victims^H^H^H^H^H^H^Htesters, no need for more -- thanks though! :) https://t.co/Wu11Bm3wsi

No idea if the fix uses a Pegaswitch script, or if the Pegaswitch script is just used just to test if the fix works. We need to wait.
My guess is that it’s just to test.
Jeez..I definitely not doing it now :(
It’s not usually a day, it just needs to be charged to 100%. If you keep it plugged in, it should be just fine though.

I had mine charging for a day and I still had the battery calibration issue. That's why I resorted to taking it apart. I was unable to fix it by simply leaving it on.

Has anyone else tried the following if facing battery sync issues (I read it from somewhere, but not tried it myself)

Boot to horizon. Charge fully until it cannot charge any higher.
Boot to Linux. Charge fully until 100%
Boot back to horizon. (Should then be calibrated?)

I don't think this'll work at all, but fuck it might as well.

IIRC, in the Battery issues thread, someone tried that and was unsuccessful, however it's worth a shot for @Create_ to try.

I already tried and it didn't fix the problem.
P.S. One of the screw of my Nintendo Switch back panel is stripped, so i can't disconnect the battery... :(

Well I sure hope a solution shows up soon, I actually want to try Lakka now, so when I fix that partitioning issues I'm having with it, I'd like to know I don't have to remove the back just so I can resync the battery...

I hope there's a fix, eventually I want to make a game completely from start to finish only using a switch.
The only thing holding me back is this battery issue which I got the same way as everyone else.

Stop wanting to try Lakka it's not ready yet, you will have nothing but disappointment è_é
