Homebrew [Possible Request] Online for DS games?

I want to know if it's possible to bring online back for our old DS games like Pokémon, Mario Kart DS and WarioWare DIY for example.

The Wii has Wimmifi for Smash and MKWii (which is what I know so far).

One thing I forget to ask was that does DS games work with HBL? If not, then that's okay. I'll guess someone would find a solution someday.
