does anyone know how the ds sysetms go in sleep mode?
Um... you close the DS. I doubt the sleep mode could trigger any sort of exploit.
What he just said.
One thing, this thread trolling?
no it isnt a mechnizim it is the magnet in the speakers when they get close to the abxy button pad the receiver in the dead middle puts it into sleep mode think closely
now another question when does the dsi encode the dsi ware when downloading?
You mean decrypt?
what u mean decrypt?i mean when it rites the code for that system.
At the end of the download.
And we can't just shut it off during that time and hope for a corrupted file which we can exploit. It'll just either corrupt the NAND, not show the title, or not let you launch the title.
yes but if you put it in sleep mode right before it encodes it it wont finish and what about a possibble patch by getting the code but uncodeing the system to blank so its info does not imprint seeing u rnt the actual downloader
By code you mean what?
I MEAN THE ACTUAL ENCODEING SO THAT THE DSI WARE WORKS
YOU MEAN DECRYPTING?
That's... that's not how this works.
The DSiWare you downloaded works because it's unlocked via means of the Key written into your console NAND, and a Common Key was already found as far as I remember.
I'm pretty sure that the system wouldn't stop a write action to the system memory if you put it into sleep mode. It would finish that, and then go into sleep mode.
i don't understand this topic TC. so IMO this topic fails.
I can't figure it out either
This topic is full of derp.
how bout u try it!
What am I trying?
cuse u think it is derp!
