Hacking Possible Data Transfer Rei3ds to Ofw3ds?

Is it possible to make a Data transfer from a Reinand 3ds to a normaly 3ds?
I will buy a new 3ds, and want to use my Nintendo network id on the new one...
The old one (with reinant ) has the id current...
How can i transfere the nintendo network id to my new "new nintendo 3ds xl" ?
Maybe with my Nand.bin?
