Homebrew possible brick

Hi guys just wondering if someone here can help me fix my wii?

I did this a while ago skipping steps in a tut (silly me). I can't seem to access my system menu, the only thing i can do is boot from sdcard.

I did read somewhere i need to install sysmenu again, so i have this on disc, just wondering how i can do this without having sysmenu?

Also since I have used my wii remote on another wii it now won't resync with my possible bricked wii, (another bad move on my behalf).

I do have a gamecube controller if this helps....

So you have preloader installed, no? You can boot to HBC? Boot up WUFE and insert disc that contains the system menu you want. Then install the .wad it extracted with wadmanager. Gotta help that five year old!
