Gaming Port forwarding

I am trying to open up ports on my D-Link router but I have a question. On my router settings window it asks for the application name, ports, traffic type and the IP address but I am not sure what the IP is supposed to be for a program like uTorrent, what does it mean for the IP, is it my own or something else?

Yes your pc's ip address. You should have a static internal one setup before you try port forwarding. Otherwise your router will assign it a different one after a few days.

IP address of the computer you're forwarding it to. eg. IP of YOUR computer
