It's a joke. There's this very obscure game that you've probably never heard of called Sonic Adventure 2. It has a cutscene where the the titular Sonic the Hedgehog and his counterpart, Shadow the Hedgehog, argue over which of them is superior. This scene is quite infamous, mostly due to the cheesy voice acting, ironically funny dialog, and the scene not being made with the English voices in mind, leading to characters talking over each other.
