well heres something im pitching that could be done:
TitleDB api similar to it for FBI and other applications
the uploader will have to upload the folder that has the titleid.

Application wise:
zlib or LPP-3DS's unzipping functionality will be necessary or else you'd just have a .zip there.

I like this idea, but if you're like me there are some plugins that have two nearly identical versions, one with GUI, one with NTR UI, and sometimes one works better than the other. So we would have tons of versions of plugins per game and it would be up to the user to test them. Either they would all need notes or a curator of some sort would be required. ANYWAY I LOVE THE IDEA, ignore my rant.

I have posted about a downloader several times before, but nobody seemed to care about the idea. It was an awesome feature on a modded wii. I used USB loader GX (I still do. was playing it today in fact) and loved being able to download the cheat file along with covers. I don't use cheats until I have played the game to the point of no longer wanting to play it. maybe I beat the game. or got stuck and tried everything. at that point, using cheats would ad a whole new experience to the game. Take skyward sword for instance. there some things i hated about the game. that really sucked, because I am a massive Zelda fan. but there were other parts of the game that I really loved.The hook shot or whatever they were called in that game were fun, but after installing the cheats and allowing the hookshot to stick to any surface, and reach to almost any distance was really cool. you could explore the game like never before. anyways, It sure would be cool to get a downloader for the 3DS.

@OctoNezd Thank you very much.
Now we just need a downloader.
I´m not that good at doing network related stuff, but I´ll take a look in how FBI and TitleDB are working.

One of people in t.me/dshacking is developing downloader
Okay cool, then Imma just go and upload some plugins then, ust one thing, I think you should add a "Version-Tag-System" thing, so like thats plugin 644df4dsf5 v.1.1 or something like that :)

Now you can feel free to add plugins. Version 1.5 is here
just saw the commits on github, okay then, Imma go for it and search whole gbtatemp 3ds sections for pluins, and hope that a github repo/thread for the downloader will come soon. :)
