you know that if you sign to nintendo sdk youare not allowed to share what you make with it except on the eshop right? also if you sign to it it becomes illegal to make homebrews or be part of the homebrew community.
this is much more illegal than pirating games. this isn't just a term&agreements and bla bla bla, it is a NDA. you can by sued for MUCH MORE that pirating games

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
