Hacking Question [Poll] Atmosphere Online SysNAND Experience

For anyone who experienced using Atmosphere online (no DNS blocking) on sysNAND.

My situation is...
I have a vanilla switch, no hacks.
Bought and installed a game on eshop
Decided to hack my switch (never got online after that)
Installed dumped games.

My question is, will it be possible to go online without getting banned?
For sure running dumped games online will guarantee INSTA ban.

But what if i only run legit games with online features or buy/browse new games on eshop? And avoid online while playing dumped games?
Will i get be banned? Or InstaBan?

Anyway, i have my reasons for not having emuNAND.

Doesn't matter. You will get a ban. This can happen immediately or in a few months/days/weeks.

You still have the fake tickets and the data of the not legit installed games in the sys and if you go online you will have a ban.

If you have any installed NSPs (regardless of whether or not you play them online) when online, cheat online, or fuck around with CDN shit, you will likely get banned.
Otherwise, you very likely won't get banned.
