sooo you cant make pokemon with this...? aww man.. well,anyways, still good. but even better if you could add your own pokemon to the save.

It's still in the making, so I'm pretty sure that eventually you will be able to do that, just like you'll be able to change your pokédex and change pokemon into shinys soon.

Why do you need to make pokemon? you can just copy an existing one and edit it which is easier because you don't have to spend time doing hidden hex changes unless your picky

theres nothing wrong about wanting to add pokemon to your save. and cloning it isnt the same thing as making it. i cant just clone a charizard, edit the stats and get an arceus right?

i remember someone asking almost the same thing.. sheesh well even though there isn't an option to directly make a new pokemon you can still make one using the steps suggested by supersonicmonk which is clone an existing one, change the species to the one you want, change movesets etc etc...

To the person who was asking about using .dsv in the regular Pokesav, go to Shuny Web's converter.

Can someone please help me? I have r10 on my R4 (a real one) which autopatches DLDI and stuff.
I put it in the root directory as Chase-san advised but it still won't work with the normal r4 firmware nor with homebrewmenu.
Homebrewmenu just freezes and when I load it in R4 firmware it says I should DLDI patch which the cart is supposed to do for me.
Please help

My advice is use YSMenu, its pretty much essential for R4.

Well, if you need to DLDI then I assume your R4 firmware is out of date (mainly because no one else has had this problem).
Get the DLDI somewhere (I vaguely remember that there's a DLDI in the actual file, but I might be getting it mixed up with another app) and... I forget what you do with the DLDI...

So what about my idea of splitting the thread? ok my last post giving technical advice was a bit hypocritical but there isn't much of a structure and since i can get it to work on my R4 I want to know about future features and stuff not support. I know theres the Pokecommunity thread but swapping forums is just messy

Maybe if the thread was at 50+ pages. But before that it's pointles.

its not just about organisation, say someone starts talking about features they would like in the next release or discussing bugs and stuff then some noob (no offence meant, we all start off as noobs) asks how to get it to work then everyone answers their question and forgets about actually discussing it. I admit its not a big problem and would be better suited for a 50+ topic but this is such a great hombrew and it would be a shame if no one gave ideas for it

The option to change the nature hasn't been added yet, hopefully it will be added in the future revisions.. Till then wait patiently coz Chase-san is known to make updates quite regularly..
