Gaming Pokemons disobey

hey My pokemons went total madness after I beated the 2 trainers in the pokemon trainer school or something..
Any one knows how to Get them to obey me again??

are you using transfered pokemon (those not caught in your game) or did you edit you save? if yes that just means your pokemon's lvs are too high for them to obey you. get a couple of gym badges or use pokemon you caught in your game.

No I didn't edit them (lvl 8 though..) not tranfered
And I defeaded the ggym no luck..
