Homebrew Pokemon Yellow Virtual Console

Hi there not sure if its already been done, but is there a way that i can edit my pokemon yellow VC save file on 3ds?
Or that someone can do it for me?

Use PKHeX, if you have a homebrew installed along with checkpoint you can backup the game, put your SD in a computer, find the save and upload it to PKHeX, then you can edit your: Pokemon, Number Of Badges, Items, And More
