Gaming Pokemon X/Y

hi guys...been a while since I last checked...is there finally a working version of a 3DS emulator and a pkm X/Y game that is playable on pc? I saw some terrific progress with citra (or at least I think I did(if it`s real)) where a lot of games are playable but can`t find much on pkm...any info appreciated...thank you...

I think that chinese builds work much better than the official one
