PokéBank is out in Japan, and almost out in NA, so can someone hack then give me a Mew? I don't have a Gen 5 game to do so. I don't have too many good Pokémon though.

I added a shiny Poliwag (SHINY, blue pentagon) to GTS for Lvl. 91-100 Mew.

I think asking for Lv. 91-100 may be a bit too much.

Besides, cheap, hacked Level 1's happen to be some of the only Pokémon which Game Freak's hack checker actually manages to block.

To be honest, I'm not even sure if event-only legendaries can be traded on the GTS at all, because I've tried searching for some of them and they returned no results. Surely there would have been at least one offer asking for a Lv. 9 and under Xerneas/Yveltal or something.

But think about it though, this generation shinies have been reduced from 1/8192 to roughly half of that, like 1/41XX or something like that. Not to forget fishing, which is extremely easy to do. I have shinies too, but when compared to a legendary, it doesn't have a ton of value, especially as a Poliwag, which you haven't even told us its nature.

Honestly, the best thing to do is to work on your end a bit and put in the effort if you want something. If you want a Mew that badly, you should seriously work for it, instead of asking someone to do the job for you and essentially lowball us. Here you are rejecting low levels and Pokegen created Mews, which is for the most part a wide group of the user base. If you want a decent Mew, you're going to have to lower your standards a bit.

Whoever said I was rejecting hack mews? I want a legal hack mew (
a fairly good defensively one), easy to make, for a legit shiny. no work at all.

If you want a legal hacked Mew. Go get the one event item for Emerald and go to the one island. Then transfer it to Gen 4, then to Gen 5 and finally to Gen 6
