Gaming Pokemon white no$gba setup

How do I get pokemon white to work on my computer? I put in the two action replay codes but it when I click new game I just get a black screen :/ can someone give me a step by step guide please?

Quoted for truth - NO$GBA wasn't even developed with the intention to run commercial ROM's, originally it was a debug support tool which was completely Homebrew-oriented. DeSmuME will give you far better results, albeit at higher system requirements.

I have managed to get no$gba working but no$zoomer wont work. I chose nogba for the zoomer feature which makes the games screens bigger is there an option for that on desmume? I have got it working now thank you guys anyway

Yes you can resize the screen for Desmume.
