Patch Instructions

Spoiler

1. Get a clean ROM (DO NOT ASK FOR IT, GOOGLE IS YOUR BEST FRIEND!)
2. Place it in the same folder as the patch.
3. Open up xDelta UI.
4. Click on 'Apply Patch'
5. Click on 'Open' to search for the Patch (Pokémon White Dutch Translation v0.01.xdelta)
6. Click on the 'Open' button beneath that to search for the clean ROM.
7. Click on '...' to select an output file, this is where the patched rom will be saved, type in a name and don't forget the .nds extansion!
8. Wait 'till it's done.
9. when it's done you can play your Patched file!

PPTXT and the narc 2 and 3 from the Project Pokémon v4 Patch. But I prefer to do the translation on my own, I'm sorry. But you can help with the Graphic Hacks if you want.

Sorry, but I think the text from Pokémon White is the same as Pokémon Black.
If you can replace the 2.narc and 3.narc from White with the one from Black, you could see if it works.
I also did this with HG/SS, so maybe this would work too.

Ok, this is already a sign of a failing project. This should be about delivering a translation. Minor details shouldn't matter yet. Just get the translation done instead of wasting time on such a simple thing as a title screen. Like this you'll end up with some awesome patch that does some pretty make-overs, but doesn't do what it is supposed to do, which is translating the game to dutch.
