Pokémon Unite launched yesterday, I thought we could use a thread for it. Install and play before August 31st to get Zeraora for free (after which it'll likely be 10,000 coins or 575 gems).

Share builds, tips, ask questions, etc.

It is pretty heavily monetized, but a lot of it is for cosmetics. They do place a limit of 2100 free coins you can get from battling per week, totaling 8400/mo which isn't enough for the "expert skill" Pokémon. I don't know how many coins there will be from missions, but they are giving away like 6 Pokémon right now. Zeroara, Venusaur, Crustle, Alolan Ninetales, Slowbro, Greninja, and Cinderace, plus whatever starter you pick.

Are we able to play with CFW or OFW (12.1.0)?
I did some tries but everything had failed.

On CFW, I'm able to launch the game, but I'm facing a log-in error.
On OFW, I'm not able to launch it. The game closes automatically on start-up saying something goes wrong.

I have a good network and a Nintendo account linked.

Maybe you need to update if there's an update out. I don't know cause my Switch is always on the latest firmware.

Did you manage to run the game? Have you a CFW?
