I´m sorry but I couldn´t help with that. on the bright side, I wish you good luck with the project and (hopefully) It will become finished someday.
maybe a bit off-topic or not, but Pokemon Taro sounds like a spanish remake that will probably fail, nevertheless, I still hope that people will finish their hacks and not stop halfway.

Oh look, another hack which will most likely never see the light of day...
You should have made much more progress or at least done much more research on ds hacking before Making a topic. If you had done you're research, you'd have learnt that there are some tools available to hack heart gold/Soul silver. (Imo you should hack that instead of Diamond)
