ROM Hack Pokémon Sun & Moon - Save Game & Event Sharing Thread

Hey,

I just beat the game a few days ago, so I thought we could start sharing the savegames & events already. For example testing with Citra or injecting new Pokémon.

Instructions (Please use the repacked SaveDataFiler from Apache Thunder or JKSV for this!):

Moon Title ID: 0004000000175E / Sun Title ID: 00040000001648

1. Start SaveDataFiler and look for your actual game ID
2. Press Y to export your current savefile to the SD Card
3. Plugin your SD Card into the computer, go to the filer folder and look for the title ID to find the "main" file
4. Replace the old "main" file with the new one and reinsert your SD Card into the 3DS
5. Start SaveDataFiler and press R+X to delete your Secure Value
6. Last step, just press A to import your new savegame

Savegames Sun/Moon:

My Pokémon Moon Savegame (Male)
- 100 % Story & UB Sidequests
- Cosmog & Necrozma still obtainable
- Tapu-Lele missing
- Obtained Magearna
- Still missing many Pokémon, Items etc.

Pokémon Sun Converted Savegame (Male)
Use at own risk. Safe Converted Moon to Sun Save!
- Legit Solgaleo
- End Game after credits
- Tapu Koko Caught (becuz end of game he appears)
- Sun Converted 3 Starters Full Evolutions.
- Your mission is go do the post game, fill Pokedex, and anything else.

- 100 % Story & UB Sidequests
- Pokédex 100 % complete
- Boxes filled with all Pokémon & forms
- Alolan Pokémon are placeholders for actual legit movesets

- Every shiny and alola form
- All legendaries and UB's (shiny & nonshiny)
- Marshadow & Magearna non legit
- Legit Ash-Greninja & all Zygarde forms

- No UB Sidequests, so still obtainable
- Ash-Greninja
- No Tapu's, Cosmog & Magearna QR Code

My moon save -

Male, Story complete, received letter to meet looker, met him and just outside the hostel

pokedex 100% complete, pc boxes filled with all pokemon and forms, tho most alolan pokemon are place holders until smogon movesets is updated and i can edit them in

I tried to import Traiver's save with JKSM, but when starting the game data is corrupted.
Am I doing something wrong?? Tried on two systems, same result.

SaveDataFiler still better than JKSV because you can remove security checks and load the save data asap. JKSV can only move your own Main file back and forth not others so you will get corrupt files.

Starting with SaveDataFiler:
1. Hover over Sun/Moon TitleID and press R+X to safely remove security key
2. Backup your own save with filer so it creates a folder for Sun/Moon.
3. Connect SD card and access your SaveDataFolder should be named "filer" in the main directory.
4. Find your TitleID of Sun/Moon and look for the file "main".
5. Replace it with any other "main" file you downloaded from others. (Must be Sun/Moon save files)
6. Go back into SaveDataFiler on your 3DS and re-import the Save Data.
7. Just to double check remove the security checks by pressing R+X on the TitleID of Sun/Moon.
8. Start Sun/Moon with the imported Save Data and it should run smooth.

Stupid question, I have progress on my O3DSXL, and I just installed CFW on my 2DS along with Moon. What program do I use on both consoles to transfer my save over to the 2DS? Thanks.

No info yet since the offical guides arent out and I'm pretty sure everyone is lazy to record every zygarde cell they find onto a notepad. You most likely will have to wait for an NTR Cheat or PKHex to update. Or wait until Sun/Moon guide comes out which is the release day.

So if you import your own save data it works fine? But if you import others save data it's corrupted huh? You just need to replace the "main" file in the directory of the exported save.
Keep trying I'm sure there is just a step you are missing.
on Save Data Filer go to SD and find the Sun/Moon titleID and press A to import.

LOL I'm lazy XP
I used two 3DS, one Eur and one USA
I'm also using a Mac computer if that matters at all.
