Gaming pokemon sun/moon how to prevent a ban???

Hi, i want to know what type of precautions should i follow so i dont get banned, also i want to know what are the things that can trigger a ban or things with higher chances or being banned.
I heard that if you dont have your game synced then you have less chances of being banned, is this true?
I know that the best way to prevent a ban is dont use cheats or any external program and if i do then dont connect to internet. But i want to use the pkhex so we can skip this precaution.

Take anything that's not legit from your save, like perma-100% Zygarde, perma Ash-Greninja, Marshadowium Z, etc.

Just don't modify your save, but since you said that you want to then make sure your pokemon is legit. As for the game sync thing, either just don't sync but if you want to sync then make sure your items isn't over 999.

As long as they're legit, yes.

It is so hard not to hack a Pokemon game. Espicially after you have beaten the game. For me, i just dont want to start over, so tho have more fun, i hack. But seriously... If you're going to hack, just make sure that the pokemon is in a way that it seems legit. Don't give them unrealistic stats, and give them moves that they learn.
