I've tried three different save mangers to export my save, none of which worked. Then I tried PKSM, which couldn't detect my cartridge. My Powersaves device doesn't work anymore. Is there any way for me to edit my Pokemon?

Here's a novel idea, try posting in the PKSM thread.

The developer is quite active in it and can likely answer your enquiry directly. Please provide as much information as possible; hardware, firmware, CFW/stock, which game etc...

The answer to most questions right now seems to be "If you're using it via the Homebrew Launcher on anything other than 11.0, you need to select Pokemon Bank when asked to pick a game. If you're on 11.0, you can't use it for now".

Zidapi:
OP's issue isn't specifically related to PKSM.

reymas101: first question... which FW are you on?

When you say the save managers don't work what do you mean? Are they not recognizing your game? Are you getting a red screen? What save managers did you use? What CFW are you using if any? What firmware are you on? O3DS/N3DS? If PKSM won't read the cartridge and neither will powersaves but your DS will perhaps there is something wrong with your cartridge slot? Clean it? Otherwise we need a lot more info from you besides "This isn't working, help" to try to help you troubleshoot.

I finally got it to not crash with TDVS but after editing the data on PKhex, it doesn't install correctly
