Gaming Pokemon SS Technical Issue

Yeah. Everytime I try to use the GTS to send a video online, it says "There seems to be something wrong with your pokemon." My DS DID run out of power while saving to send one, though, so that might have screwed the game up. Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

I'm not trying to send a pokemon. If you read, you'll see that I said "video."
