Gaming Pokemon SS Freezes

Hey,

Sometimes my Pokemon SS freezes.
When I:
•Enter a new scene(new area or fight)
•Save The Game

This is just dam annoying, cause i need to save everytime im about to go in a new area or starting a fight.
is there anyway to fix this??

Using:
•DSTT 1.17a12 NL
•Newest Cheat.dat
• 2GB MicroSD (around 40mb left)
