so im at goldenrod city and im stuck. i dont know where to go. the gym is blocked by a lady.


and in that forest after the 2nd gym, what am i suppose to do about the farfetched? does it affect what happens in goldenrod city?

Go to a walkthrough for Silver on the GBC and look for the answer there.

keep talking to the farfetch'd and eventually it will go to its owner (who gives you the HM Cut if I remeber well)

It's not all that simple like last 10 years.... You need to get into the wood on the ground, and catch the Farfetch'd by back...
