ROM Hack Pokémon Silver Blue

When I attempt to play this game on DeSmuMe it freezes upon leaving the player's house. How should I go about fixing this issue?

@brtatu , Mine doesn't even have trainers on it, just a couple staring out at the water...

Good, as long as they're not on the actual bridge, I have trainers at the top but none on the bridge so I thought I was missing something. I don't remember them having abnormally high level pokemon, but I also don't remember if I hit every trainer up there. Do you have the newest patch?

Yeah i have the latest, and its the last cooltrainer before bills house, he starts with a lvl 48 rhyhorn

You're absolutely right, I just went to battle him and he does start with a lvl 48 rhyhorn.

I am using an drastic emulator, is this the problem?

New patch added with some fixes!

Can anyone can help me out?

For people who are having emulation problems I ask you to load .sav file correctly.
For the ones who can't patch I ask you to use an USA SoulSilver rom.
And finally for android players you need to convert .sav file to your emulator save format!
