I've never used those traits to level up a Pokemon. As in, those weren't something I was basing my entire Pokemon's existence over.

1 - Pick some pokemon that you like the look of that are easy to get early-game.
2 - Make sure your choices cover a range of types.
3 - Give those pokemon a variety of moves so they can at least damage a few types.
4 - Say "fuck" when nobody in your team can use HM13, because fucking HMs...

It's a Pokemon Emerald hack.
You can play it on your 3DS if you have a DStwo.
