ROM Hack Discussion Pokemon Shield Save Issue

I am wondering how I managed this, I broke my shield save on boot screen frozen in-game wont move and music plays.

Enjoy the frozen file. If it works I guess my switch is broken.

So, you load in, and the game immediately freezes while music keeps playing?
If you're saved in the wild area, it's likely it's a software freeze due to den data, as I've had a similar issue.
Should be able to open PKHex or a similar raid editor and set the dentype number to 0 for all raids, and save and retry with the edited save. I did this on my save and was able to obtain new raid data and my save was fixed.

your file size is some how too large. its a size of 1513822 bytes, that is what's causing your problem.

ty so much I was having the same problem and havnt been able to play the game for days, i even started a similar thread as I had the same problem but this has fixed it
