No, the best you can do is use the encounter item cheat. The list of items is attached to OP’s post. Just go into the cheat folder, open up the .txt file for whichever version you’re using (1.0.0 or 1.0.1) and add in [Encounter Item (name of item)] underneath that type the code of the item like so: 04000000 03075538 0000YYYY where YYYY is the item code. So like this:
[Encounter Item (name)]
04000000 03075538 0000YYYY
Then when you go into the game, turn on encounter, select a pokemon, and you can either use thief or just catch the pokemon and the item will be its held item. I hope this helps! I do have a fully made list for every TM code saved as a .txt file as well. @OblivionReign If you’d like I can send you the file and you could add it to the attached files. Hopefully it could help other people out as well.

Turn it on then turn it off. THEN use your other encounter biproduct codes. if you keep that one on it will just keep writing the same value over and over. which is level 1 eevee etc

So from my experience you should 1. Pick the pokemon you want spawned 2. Select the level you would like and unfortunately the eevee thing has been a problem for a lot of people. Might help to turn the cheats on before you start the game and once you catch, save and then quit, turn the cheats off and restart the game. Otherwise you’ll just keep seeing eevee

The Eevees will be from you also having a Masterball, Rare Candy or item spawn cheat enabled at the same time as the Encounter Mod.

I understand, unfortunately there’s not much else we can do until PkHex updates.I spent a good couple hours compiling the list, i’ll be sending it to Oblivion later so he’ll likely add it in with the other attachments.

ok so the moves

ok so in the moves its got "www", "xxx", "yyy", "zzz" you gotta replace those digits with actual move ids which are found here https://gbatemp.net/threads/pokemon-scarlet-violet-cheat-database.621563/page-147#post-9997777
the code wont work or show up with those letters there as it isn't proper syntax.
This is evidently why I also didn't put it into the main file because it is a code everyone needs to edit before hand and have it set up.

I'm trying to trade Miraidon to a friend online but I can't seem to trade it. I imagine it's because I'm playing Scarlet and it is supposed to be caught in Violet. Any way to fix this or do I have to wait for PkHex?

This is why I don't bother with pkmn enounter codes. B/c they are illegal the moment you capture them since they aren't captured in their origin location. It only benefits your pokedex entry, but cannot use them in trades or online battles. Yes pkhex is required to fix that.

I'm trying to trade Miraidon to a friend online but I can't seem to trade it. I imagine it's because I'm playing Scarlet and it is supposed to be caught in Violet. Any way to fix this or do I have to wait for PkHex?

If you are cloning your original Miraidon using either my cheat or the glitch then you won't be able to trade it; your initial legendary/bike is locked to your game and can never be traded.

You can get another Miraidon after completing the game, that one you can trade.

I'm having issues with the files. :'(

I'm here right now, and I just don't get it what I must do with my SD card. Extracting EdiZon doesn't help because some "'files"' are missing when compared to those in the instructions.

OblivionReign i tried again. i even put the move modi in different sections of the file. still, when bringing up Edizon how it was said to do by the creator Shawn (while in battle etc) every code below the move modi disappears and left with a blank sheet.the master code its on nor can i toggle it on. usually when i load up Edizon all codes are applied and i have to turn them off one by one.
