Pokemon Scarlet Query

I'm not sure what's wrong, but whenever I press R on a wild pokemon, my Pokemon shows this water droplets icon on the lower left of my screen, and it does not attack any wild pokemons at all. I might've missed this in the instructions, but do you know how to fix this?

Ur Trainerlevel is to low,.. U have to Fight the Arena Boss.
Same happend to me with my Mew lvl 50. It didn't attack

Also, if you are using a shiny cheat, you can't send your pokemon to auto-battle shiny pokemon. It's a safeguard to prevent you from missing on the shinies.
