I have finished the game and now I have the extra misson. I have finished the misson and tried to send it over but whenever i send it over i get this message on my HG and SS(From the retail copies). I can't read Japanese so i can't understand it =/

On the Ranger game(Which i have one my R4) doesn't pick up a signal at all. I have no clue what i have to do and was wondering if anyone can help me. I thought maybe hacks might fix it but im really not sure
