ROM Hack Pokemon Ranger Mission Injector

Here is what I entered into the program on the first line
C:\DocumentsandSettings\Jaz\MyDocuments\Downloads\ranger.sav
The second line
C:\DocumentsandSettings\Jaz\MyDocuments\Downloads\Ranger2Missions

When I tried it with spaces it would not go to the second command.
however at the second command whenever I press enter, this is where is says file not found.

Oh I also have a DSTT, what am I doing wrong?
