ROM Hack Pokemon Ranger Mission Injector Help

I'm having difficulty injecting events into Pokemon Ranger: Guardian Signs. The Mission Injector generated a PRGS-WiFi.sav, but I don't know what to do with it in TWL Save Tool.

Use FBI
Place the files like this:
SD/FBI/saves/SAVEFILENAME.SAV (or bin)
Go to FBI > Titles > Select NDS Game > Import Save data > Yes
You should have injected Save data
Note: leave the modified saves with the original name. like "main.sav" should be renamed with the modified saved

That won't work on since it isn't on 3ds
