Gaming Pokemon Platinum Problem!

I have an DSTT, and after getting my 2nd gym badge everytime i save, turn it off and turn it on the save file gets deleted.
I searched this and found tht the DSTT cannot handle the big save file that platinum creates, is there any way to bypass this? I'm using YSMENU.

It did that sometiems before, but now (after the second badge) it keeps getting deleted.

ysmenu may create big save files (uncompressed)
