Gaming Pokemon Platinum Migration with R4 Help

I am thinking of getting Emerald so I can migrate pokemon but can I still migrate pokemon from emerald to Pokemon Platinum on my R4, will it still work like with the normal game card.

Yes, you can, I have already migrated pkmn from my sapphire version to pkmn diamond in my R4. I supose there wont be a problem with the platinum version
