Gaming pokemon platinum help

Hello everyone, I have a problem i try to look around forums but I can't find anything.....But I have a R4 and everytime I save and turn of the game, and later when i turn it on, it freezes right after it loads from the r4. It just stays forever on a white screen.Please Help me i really need it

What firmware are you using?

Are you using action replay codes?
If you're using a lot of codes together this can sometimes crash the program. Just try a few pokes/codes and see if that works.
