ROM Hack pokemon platinum english help

ok i have the rom. when i downloaded the patch and patched my game. when i played it the only professor Rowan was in english. can someone show me a place where i can get a pk platinum (U)

there is no full english version yet! the patch only patchs japanese text to english the same as the text that appeared in diamond and pearl any other new text remains in japanese. there is no full translation patch nor will there be as it takes waaay too long!
