Gaming Pokemon Pearl Help

Everything was fine in my game until this happen, I wanted to go to Iron Island to catch a Pokemon so I got out 3 pokemon with levels that are similar to the wild ones on the Island and I put two pokemon I usually use in the PC (lv 63 Luxray & Lv. 53 Mismagius) I saved and turned off the DS since I had to do something else first. When I went back to my game the Luxray and Mismagius disappeared from the PC and I got clones of the three pokemon that I got out for battle. Is there anyway to get my Luxray and Mismagius back?

ill do exactly what u did and see if anything happens to my ds if yes maybe u found a new way to clone ?

The only thing i can think of is to copy your save to your cart again...... [Assuming that you are playing on a flashcart and have a backup of your save on your computer]
