ROM Hack Pokemon oras disable Event lock?

Hey guys,

Is there a way to get the events unlocked? I mean, if you change the time (it doesn't change it itself automatic) you don't get any newer wonderlands or you can't encounter some legendaries. I call this "event lock". Is there a option on PKhex or something else to disable that thing? I don't want to wait for 48hrs. Maybe you can help me (and nope, I ddin't change the time to encounter some legendaries from the past)

i'd love to know too! i'd also like to be able to activate cresselia's island without having to pray every day that it'll randomly show up...

something like this would probably be achieved through editing your save file's event flags, but i don't think there's much documentation for all the flags, and unfortunately there are seemingly hundreds of them.

if you have access to homebrew that'll back up your save file, maybe try opening your save in pkhex and seeing if any of the "[pokemon] defeated" flags are checked? i don't know how the game save works so this is a random guess but maybe the game checks those flags (and/or other ones) when it detects a clock change or a new console?

Use the dev config app (on that iso site) to change the time (RTC Setting), it doesn't do a soft lock timed events for 24 hours afaik. Make a SD backup before you use this though because "Reset Setting" performs a factory reset and its the first thing highlighted

That "reset setting" will it format my whole sd card or only my game?

Use PKHeX to delete used Wonder Card flags, or untoggle "legendary captured" event flags.
