ROM Hack Pokemon OR/AS online usable legit cheat?

hey guys is there a way to get pokemons which are online useable?....
i know that before 1 year it worked with spider QR Exploit, but now there is no support. So is there another way to do that?

Why would you? there are already the EV/IV trainers online that would destroy you anyway, since they know how to use them...

I wouldn't be able to tell you. since i'm one of the older kinds of players that just plays the game to catch them all and occasionally battle friends. online is like.. the 10th circle of hell if you are one of the classic players
