I made a cia version of the hack, everything works great but I doesn't have the custom title screen (with "press start") is this normal ? What I am doing wrong ? Where is my mistake ^^

You probably forgot to replace the default screen with the custom ones.

And i can go online, because i edited the latest update (1.4)

I have sucessfully rebuild your hackrom in a little PatchUpdate14.cia for X and Y

I have put just the edited garc and other edited files.
I will upload it soon

Since this can be done by just you easily enough... I wonder why Nintendo/Gamefreak/whoever has no intention of adding them into the game? Surely a team of 5 on their end can knock it out immediately.

they don't even need 5 people, they are simply copying over things from the romfs of oras to x and y

Except to add the models would require replacing the biggest GARC in the romfs, which is >1GB. Thus, not happening by Gamefreak.

i figured as much, a/0/0/8 is a giant garc, and i believe their updates patch small things

Flintiex I managed to get the Pokemon Neo Y CIA working! Fully works with Pasta CFW, although I forgot to change the banner whilst I was patching but that shouldn't matter. I used https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-3ds-to-cia-by-katsu.384381/ to unpack, repack and convert to cia. It took a while to find the correct combination of settings for the repack for the cia to work, but the settings I used (if I remember correctly) were:

(7) Extract ROMFS for changes  : yes

So far the game is quite enjoyable. My annoyance with the latest Pokemon games were the incredibly easy difficulty - so thank you for spending your time for making this!

Could you tell me step by step how you did it, or at least send me a PM? I am having trouble, and I think it is when I try to rebuild the modified romfs

EDIT: Nvm I got it working I had to open the edited romfs folder, and save it as the new romfs.bin.
