There should be an option at the Main Menu when you start up the game.

Just find it, it's in the main menu, it's a sub-men by the way, so you won't find it straight

If you are using a flashcart, just delete the .sav file.

Uhh... IIRC, go to "Settings" And there should be "Clear save data"... Then use 'yes' few times, and you can start again!
